Objective:To observe effective of protective spray in preventing acute cutireaction in chest wall and infra-supraclavicular region after receiving radiotherapy with postmastectomy.Methods:75 patients with breast cancer were collected,these patients were randomly divided into the observe group(41 participants,with protective spray after receiving radiotherapy)and the control group(34 participants,without use protective spray).Radiation dose and fractionation mode was chest wall irradiation(± infrasupraclavicular region)required a dose of 50 Gy/25fractions.Results:After irradiation,patients in two group would have cutireaction.The level of severity in observe group was much lower than in control group(P<0.05).The rates of acute cutireaction in observe group was much lower than in control group in two weeks(P<0.05).Conclusions:Protective spray can ease and put off the cutire-action occurring for chest wall and infrasupraclavicular region with postmastectomy,and lighten the patient's suffer-ing and increase the quality of patient' s life and ensure the therapy complete in time.%目的:观察乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗医用射线防护喷剂对胸壁及锁骨上下区皮肤急性放射反应的疗效.方法:乳腺癌改良根治术后患者75例,随机分为两组(其中41例照射区使用医用射线防护喷剂,为观察组;34例未使用射线防护喷剂,为对照组),放疗剂量分割方案为胸壁±锁骨上下区50 Gy/25次.结果:两组患者照射结束时均发生皮肤反应,观察组急性皮肤反应严重程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出现急性皮肤反应的发生率在2周内较对照组明显降低(P<0.05).结论:医用射线防护喷剂能有效减轻和推迟乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗的胸壁及锁骨上下区严重急性放射性皮肤反应的发生、减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量,并保证放射治疗的顺利进行.
