目的:评价提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂的临床疗效.方法:40例中重度上睑下垂患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组行额肌瓣悬吊术治疗,观察组行提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗.随访术后1月近期治疗效果及术后1年远期并发症发生情况.结果:观察组患者上睑缘恢复至正常位置,双重睑的外形和弧度较自然,拆线后1月仅1例出现轻微过矫.术后随访1年,观察组患者重睑弧度自然,观察组并发症发生率20% 明显低于对照组的60%(P<0.05).结论:提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂更符合眼部解剖结构及生理规律,临床疗效满意.%Objective:To explore the clinical effects of combining levator shortening with tarsus resection to treat sever ptosis.Methods:40 patients with sever ptosis were divided into two groups randomly.20 patients under-went the operation of frontalis muscle flap suspension,the other 20 patients underwent combining levator shortening with tarsus.The results were evaluated and reviewed after 1 year of patient's operation.Results:Through a period of 1 month to 1 year,the observation group upper eyelid recovered to normal place.All the patients got satisfactory ap-pearance of eyelids.There were just 1 case mild over correction after 1 month.And after 1 year,the observation group had a good eyelid radian.The complication rates in observation group was just 20% lower than control group in 60%complications.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation of combining levator shortening with tarsus proven to be more effective for ptosis treatment.The results gave a higher satisfactory rate.
