目的:探讨关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠(SH)对膝关节骨性关节炎(O A)临床效果及膝关节功能恢复情况.方法:将110例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予传统关节镜下关节清理术治疗,试验组患者则给予关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,比较两组患者总体治疗有效率、关节功能恢复情况以及手术后VAS评分情况.结果:试验组较对照组患者临床总有效率比较,试验组显著升高(P<0.01),试验组与对照组患者比较,治疗后Lysholm功能评分差异有统计学意义,较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01);治疗前与治疗后比较,试验组与对照组Lysholm功能评分均显著升高(P<0.01),试验组与对照组患者比较,治疗后VAS评分差异有统计学意义,较对照组显著下降(P<0.01);治疗前与治疗后比较,试验组与对照组VAS评分均显著下降(P<0.01).结论:采用关节镜下关节清理术联合腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效明显,治疗有效率更高、治疗后疼痛更轻、膝关节功能恢复效果更为显著.%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthritis combined with intraperitoneal injection of sodium hyaluronate(SH)on knee osteoarthritis(OA)and the recovery of knee function.Methods:A total of 110 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional arthroscopic arthroplasty.The patients in the experimental group were given arthros-copy combined treatment of intravaginal injection of sodium hyaluronate,the two groups of patients with overall treatment efficiency,joint function recovery and postoperative VAS score.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).Com-pared with the control group,the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.01).Compared with the control group,the Lysholm functional score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the experi-mental group was significantly different from that of the control group,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),the difference was significant and the difference was significant(P<0. 01).Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were signifi-cantly decreased before and after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of arthroscopic arthroplasty combined with intravitreal injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee oste-oarthritis is effective,the treatment is more effective,the pain is lighter after treatment,the knee function recovery effect is more significant,with reference.
