目的:探讨人性化护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及护理满意度的影响.方法:随机选取糖尿病患者60例,依据护理方法将这些患者分为常规护理组(n＝30)和人性化护理组(n＝30)两组,对两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血糖控制效果、治疗依从性、护理满意度、住院时间进行统计分析.结果:人性化护理组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均显著低于常规护理组(P＜0. 05) ,血糖控制总有效率93.3%(28／30)显著高于常规护理组70.0%(21／30)( P＜0.05) ,治疗依从性、护理满意度90.0%(27／30) 、93.3%(28／30)均显著高于常规护理组70.0%(21／30) 、80.0%(24／30)(P＜0.05) ,住院时间显著短于常规护理组(P＜0.05).结论:人性化护理较常规护理更能有效提升糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及护理满意度.%Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing on the effect of blood glucose control and nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients.Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients from May 2015 to May 2017 of in our hospital were randomly selected,these patients were divided into conventional nursing group (n＝30) and humanistic nursing group (n＝30) two groups according to the nursing methods,the fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,blood glucose control,treatment compliances,nursing satisfactions,hospitalization time of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose of the human-ized nursing group were significantly lower (P＜0.05),the blood glucose control total efficiency 93.3%(28/30) was significantly higher than the conventional nursing group 70.0%(21/30) (P＜0.05),the treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction 90.0%(27/30),93.3%(28/30) were significantly higher than the conventional nursing group 70.0%(21/30),80.0%(24/30) (P＜0.05),the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the convention-al nursing group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can more effectively improve the blood glucose control effect and nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients than conventional nursing.
