目的:探讨干燥综合征相关干眼患者结膜印记细胞学检测与唇腺病理活检之间的相关关系.方法:收集临床诊断为干燥综合征相关干眼的患者68例,均行结膜印记细胞学检测及唇腺病理活检,用Spearman等级相关性分析比较两者之间的相关性.结果:干燥综合征相关干眼患者的结膜印记细胞学检测与唇腺病理活检分级之间呈显著正相关(r=0.591,P＜0.01).结论:干燥综合征相关干眼患者结膜印记细胞学检测的分级与唇腺病理活检分级相关,随着结膜印记细胞学检测分级的增高,唇腺病理活检的分级亦呈现增高趋势.%Objective:To investigate the correlation between conjunctival impression cytology test and salivary gland biopsy in Sjogren's syndrome-related dry eye.Methods:68 patients with Sjogren's syndrome-related dry eye were collected.All patients were examined by conjunctival impression cytology test and salivary gland biopsy.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to compare the correlation between the two.Results:The grading of conjunctival impression cytology and salivary gland biopsy in patients with Sjogren' s syndrome-related dry eye showed a significant positive correlation (r=0.591,P＜0.01).The results were statistically significant.Conclu sion:In Sjogren's syndrome-related dry eye patients,the grading of conjunctival impression cytology test is correlated with the degree of salivary gland biopsy.With the increasing of the conjunctival impression cytology grade,the salivary gland biopsy grade also increased.
