Objective:To analysis the cause of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea in Binxian County ,Xian‐yang .Methods :Cultured according to the GB4789 .5‐2012 ,meanwhile Seeplex kit and the method of multiplex PCR was used for rapid detection .Results:Nucleic acid showed Shigella virulence gene positive ipaH positive .Conclusion:The outbreak was caused by Shigella spp .Seeplex and the multiplex PCR method compared with the traditional bac‐terial cultured method are more efficient .%目的：探讨群体性感染性腹泻的发生病因。方法：采用试剂盒和多重PC R的方法进行快速检测。结果：核酸结果显示志贺菌阳性，ipa H毒力基因阳性。结论：此次感染是一起由志贺菌引起的痢疾暴发疫情，多重PC R方法相比传统细菌培养的方法更加快捷。
