目的：分析西北地区宫颈疾病组织标本中感染 HPV 病毒型别的分布与患者疾病病程和年龄的关联性。方法：分别提取425例西北地区宫颈疾病组织 DNA ，GP5＋／GP6＋非对称扩增荧光偏振检测方法检测每例宫颈疾病标本组织 DNA 的15种 HPV 型别，统计分析 HPV 型别检测结果。结果：425例 CIN 及宫颈癌组织标本中，417例检测出 HPV 感染，感染率为98％。其中HPV16型感染101例，HPV11型感染69例，HPV6型感染56例，HPV18型感染51例，多重 HPV型别感染39例。 CIN I 级中，高危型 HPV 感染阳性率为27．3％，CIN II 级中，高危型 HPV 感染阳性率为65．1％，CIN III 级中，高危型 HPV 感染阳性率为65％；宫颈癌中，高危型 HPV 感染阳性率高达70％。 CIN III 级中，多重 HPV 感染阳性率为16．8％；宫颈癌中，多重 HPV 感染阳性率达16％。 不同年龄组，低危型 HPV 检测阳性率差异较大。结论：本研究中，宫颈疾病标本中 HPV 感染率为98％，其中，高危型和多重感染在高 CIN 级别、宫颈癌及60岁以上组中的感染率呈上升趋势，提示 HPV 感染型别与病程和年龄有一定关联。%Objective:To detect HPV genotypes in cervical tissue samples and to investigate the relation‐ships between HPV genotypes and the clinical stage ,age of patients .Methods :15 HPV genotypes in 425 cervical cancer tissue samples were detected by GP5 + /6 + PCR and hybridization with fluorescence polarization assay .HPV genes in samples were amplified by GP5 + /6 + PCR .Fifteen HPV genotypic probes labeled with fluorophores hy‐bridized with target PCR product to identify the presence of specific HPV genotypes .The relationships between HPV genotypes and the clinical stage ,age of patients were analyzed by SPSS17 .0 and t test .Results :417 of 425 cer‐vical tissue samples were HPV positive .101 cervical tissue samples were HPV16 positive .69 cervical tissue samples were HPV11 positive .56 cervical tissue samples were HPV6 positive .51 cervical tissue samples were HPV18 posi‐tive .39 cervical tissue samples were multiple‐HPV positive .The infection rates of high‐risk HPV were 65% and 70% in CINIII and cervical cancer respectively .The infection rates of multiple‐HPV were 16 .8% and 16% in CINIII and cervical cancer respectively . The infection rates of low‐risk HPV were 35 .2% ,24 .5% and 11 .9% in 17‐40years ,41‐60 years and beyond 60 years group respectively .Conclusion :This study suggested a possible relation‐ship between HPV infection and cervical disease .The infection rates of HPV are 98% .The infection rates of high‐risk and multiple HPV increased in CINIII ,cervical cancer and beyond 60 years group .
