西安地区妊娠期妇女甲状腺功能测定及其临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨本地区孕妇不同孕期甲状腺功能的正常值范围。方法：采用化学发光免疫法对西安地区不同妊娠期的妇女甲状腺功能进行筛查，建立甲状腺激素的参考值范围，结果用中位数 M（P25，P75）表示。结果：妊娠早期血清 TSH 为0．03～4．17μIU ／ml ，FT 4为10．22～21．15pg／ml ；妊娠中期 TSH 为0．27～4．29μIU ／ml ，FT4为9．88～19．86pg／ml ；妊娠晚期 TSH 为0．87～4． 24μIU ／ml ，FT4为10．09～18．54pg／ml 。妊娠期妇女的甲状腺激素水平与非孕期存在显著差异（P＜ 0．05）。结论：建立本地区孕期甲状腺功能正常参考值有重大意义。%Objective :To detect reference values of thyroid function during pregnancy in Xi’an .Methods :By screening thyroid function of pregnant women ,Serum levels of TSH ,FT4 ,FT3 were measured with chemilumi‐nescence immunoassay .Results :The first trimester :TSH 0 .03 ~ 4 .17 μIU /ml ,FT4 10 .22 ~ 21 .15pg/ml ;The sec‐ond trimester :TSH 0 .27 ~ 4 .29μIU /ml ,FT4 9 .88 ~ 19 .86pg/ml ;The third trimester :TSH 0 .87 ~ 4 .24μIU /ml , FT4 10 .09 ~ 18 .54pg/ml .Conclusion :There are significant differences in thyroid hormone between pregnancy and ordinary .Establish normal reference ranges of thyroid function during pregnancy in Xi’an are important .
