Objective:To explore the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP)and fetal growth restriction (FGR).Methods:Collected 350 cases of patients with HDCP treated in our hospital from May 201 1 to April 2014.And the data of HDCP diagnostic time,termination of pregnancy weeks,fetal distress and death cases were analyzed retrospectively to reveal the relationship between HDCP and FGR.Results :58 cases were diagnosed with FGR in 350 patients with HDCP,counting for 1 6.6% of the total.52.23% patients detected HGDP before 34 weeks combined with FGR.The rate was higher than that detected after 34 weeks.The in-cidence of FGR in severe pre-eclampsia (30.1%)exceeded gestational hypertension and mild pre-eclampsia patients (1 1.7%&8.2:%).Additionally,severe pre-eclampsia and mild pre-eclampsia induced more stillbirth (18.91%&7. 69%)than gestational hypertension(0).Moreover,the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death in se-vere pre-eclampsia(5 1.35%&45.95%)was much higher than that of mild pre-eclampsia and gestational hyperten-sion(25%,12.5%&23.07%,1 5.38%),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:HDCP is one of the related factors that lead to FGR.Active prevention and reasonable treatments for HDCP are significant means to reduce the morbidity of FGR and improve the prognosis of the perinatal infants.%目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与胎儿生长受限的相关性。方法：收集妊高症患者350例,统计患者妊高症诊断时间、妊娠终止周数、胎儿窒息与死亡情况等临床资料,分析妊娠期高血压疾病与胎儿生长受限的关系。结果：350例妊高症患者合并胎儿生长受限58例(16.6%)。于妊娠34周前诊断为妊娠期高血压的患者有52.23%合并胎儿生长受限,其发生率显著高于妊娠34周后确诊为妊娠期高血压者的8.13%。子痫前期重度患者胎儿生长受限的发病率(30.1%)要高于妊娠期高血压及子痫前期轻度患者(11.7%和8.2：%)。子痫前期轻度和子痫前期重度发生死胎的比例(18.91%和7.69%)高于妊娠期高血压(0),子痫前期重度新生儿窒息和围产儿死亡的发生率(51.35%和45.95%)要高于妊娠期高血压和子痫前期轻度的患者(25%,12.5%和23.07%,15.38%),差异有统计学意义。结论妊娠期高血压疾病是引起胎儿生长受限的相关因素之一,积极预防、合理治疗妊娠期高血压疾病是降低胎儿生长受限发病率、改善围产儿预后的重要手段。
