塑化剂DEHP与植物雌激素GEN孕期暴露对雄性子代大鼠发育影响

         

摘要

Objective: To evaluate developmental effect of plasticizer DEHP and GEN exposure during pregnancy in male offspring rats. Methods: 30 pregnant rats were gavaged according to group from gestation three days (GD3) to gestation day20 (GD20) daily, the effect on male offspring and F0 female rats was observed . Re suits: average number of live births per litter, total number of offspring, the sex ratio at birth and male offspring body weight, AGD / body weight1/3 when exposed to DEHP(250mg/kg) or GEN(50mg/kg) alone were not signifi cantly different from control . When exposed to DEHP (250mg/kg) and low dose of GEN (50mg/kg) together dur-ing pregnancy , body weight of male offspring significantly decreased compared with control .When exposed to DEHP (250mg/kg) and high dose GEN (400mg/kg) together during pregnancy, body weight of male offspring signifi cantly decreased compared with the other four groups. Conclusion: Exposure to mixture of DEHP and GEN de creased the body weight of male offspring rats, while further effect need to be observed in the next step.%目的:探讨DEHP与GEN孕期暴露对雄性子代大鼠发育的影响.方法:30只孕鼠于孕3d(GD3)至孕20d(GD20),每天按分组方案灌胃,观察干预后对子代大鼠及亲代母鼠的影响.结果:孕期单一暴露于DEHP(250mg/kg)及GEN(400mg/kg),平均每窝活产只数、仔鼠只数、出生时性别比、子代雄鼠体重及AGD/体重1/3、母鼠体重变化等较对照组无显著性变化(P0.05).孕期同时暴露于DEHP(250mg/kg)与低剂量GEN(50mg/kg),子代雄鼠体重较对照组的显著性下降(P<0.05).孕期同时暴露于DEHP(250mg/kg)与高剂量GEN(400mg/kg),子代雄鼠体重较其余四组均出现显著性下降(P<0.05).结论:孕期DEHP与GEN同时暴露对雄性子代大鼠体重造成一定影响.
