Objective: To study the treatment effects on lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods: According the clinical feature of 40 venous thrombosis patients, we used the vena cava filter, femoral vein thrombec-tomy, medical treatment, then compared the effects of these patients. Results: All patients obtained the satisfied clinical effect, thrombosis dissolved and vein unobstructed. Before treatment, the affected limb perimeter of patients is high than the healthy limb at 20cm above the knee (7. 74 ± 2. 17cm,P<0. 05) and 15cm below the knee (3. 59 ± 1. 45cm, P<0. 05). After treatment, there was no difference at 20cm above the knee and 15cm below the knee(P>0. 05). Conclusions: The combined treatment can help for thrombosis patients.%目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗经验.方法:40例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,采用下腔静脉滤器置入术、切开取栓、药物溶栓等综合治疗,观察临床效果.结果:所有患者均取得良好效果,血栓溶解,静脉通畅.治疗前患肢与健侧周径相比,患肢明显增粗,膝上20cm处增粗约7.74±2.17cm(P＜0.05),膝下15cm处增粗约3.59±1.45cm (P＜0.05).治疗结束后患肢膝上20cm及膝下15cm处与健侧周径相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:采用下腔静脉滤器置入术、切开取栓、药物溶栓等综合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成效果良好.
