Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and expression of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-alpha (PDGFR-a) in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis. Methods: Using immuno biochemical staining to test the expression of PDGFR-a in 30 Secondary bone marrow fibrosis, 24 contrast. Results: The PDGFR-a was highly increased in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis than contrast. Conclusion:The PDGFR-a was highly expressed in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis than contrast,the PDGFR-a may be associated with secondary myelofibrosis occurrence, development relationship.%目的:探讨血小板衍化生长因子受体-a(PDGFR-a)在继发性骨髓纤维化骨髓组织中的表达及临床意义.方法:应用免疫组化染色法,检测继发性骨髓纤维化组、对照组骨髓组织中PDGFR-α的表达情况.结果:继发性骨髓纤维化组骨髓组织中PDGFR-α的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:PDGFR-α可能与继发性骨髓纤维化的发生、发展存在一定关联.
