灵芝多糖对阿尔茨海默病大鼠学习记忆和氧化应激的影响

         

摘要

Objective : To observe the effect of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on learning and memory ability and oxygen stress of model rats with Alzheimer's disease. Methods : 40 males SD rats were randomized into normal group, sham operation control group, model group and trearment group. The rats were injected bilaterally Aβ1~40 into the hippocampus to induce learning and memory dysfunction. 21 days after Administered medication of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, the rats were placed into the Morris maze to test intelligence. Then Malonic dialdehyde (MDA)content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum were detected by spectrophotometry. Results :Compared with normal group and sham operationcontrol group,MDA content in serum of model group was obviously increased, while SOD activity was obviously decreased.Compared with model group, cerebral MDA contents of GLP treatment group were obviously decreased,while SOD activities were obviously increased. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide can improve the learning and memory ability of the AD rats induced by Aβ1~40. GLP have strong function of anti free radical.%目的:探讨灵芝多糖对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠的学习记忆能力和氧化应激的影响.方法:将40只大鼠随即分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和灵芝多糖(GLP)治疗组.采用双侧海马注射Aβ1~40的方法建立大鼠AD动物模型,灵芝多糖灌胃治疗21d,Morris水迷宫测试各组大鼠学习记忆能力,分光光度法测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠的逃避潜伏期延长(P<0.01),血清MDA含量明显增高,SOD活性明显降低.与模型组相比,GLP治疗组大鼠的逃避潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01),血清MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高.结论:灵芝多糖能增强Aβ诱导的AD模型大鼠的学习记忆能力和抗氧化能力.
