目的:了解高校职工高血压发病率及影响因素,为高校预防高血压提供依据.方法:对某高校7 114例教职工调查一般情况、高血压危险因素,并进行体格检查.结果:高血压患病率25.13%,男性患病率28.5 %,女性患病率20.7%,男女患病率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),患病率与年龄呈显著正相关(P< 0.01),有吸烟、嗜酒习惯及肥胖者患高血压的相对危险性增高.结论:高校社区中需要广泛普及宣传高血压病的知识,加强对高校教职工健康教育及生活习惯的干预,预防高血压的发生.%Objective: To provide the evidence of preventing and controlling hypertension in university,the morbidity and the influencing factors of hypertension in the staff were investigated. Methods :A survey and physical examinations had been made among 7114 samples.Results :The morbidity of hypertension was 25. 13％. Male and female were 28. 5 ％ and 20. 7％ respectively, with significant difference (P＜O. O1).The morbidity of hypertension increases with age (P＜O. Ol) and was correlated to smoking, alcohol abuse and obesity. Conclusion,In order to prevent the happening of hypertension, it is urgent to improve the knowledge of hypertension, strengthen the education of medical health and instruct the living habits in university.
