山东省果树研究所自美国引种,经高接繁殖选育出黄肉桃新品种‘圣女’.其果实大,圆形,平均单果重312.4 g,缝合线浅,两半部较对称.果面全红,有光泽,茸毛短.果肉黄色,汁液较多,肉质细脆,不溶质.果核小,离核.可溶性固形物16.6％,总糖14.8％,可滴定酸0.51％,风味甜,鲜食品质上.在泰安地区8月中旬果实成熟,果实发育期130天左右.早果丰产,适应性强,在山东省桃产区均可栽培.%'Zee Lady'peach is introduced from America by Shandong Institute of Pomology and bred by top grafting.It has big and round fruit with shallow suture line and symmetrical shape,and the mean fruit weight is 312.4 g.The fruits are covered glossy and full-red color with short fuzz.The fruit flesh is yellow,firm and juicy.The fruit stone is small and free.The content of fruit soluble solid,total soluble sugar and titratable acidity is 16.6％,14.8％ and 0.51％ respectively.The fruits show sweet flavor and high table quality.The fruit development stage is about 130 days,and the fruits mature in middle August in Taian region.The new variety ownes the characteristics of early fruiting,high yield and strong adaptability,so it is suitable for cultivation in whole peach distribution areas in Shandong Province.
