短期 CO2加富对切花红掌‘天使’光合作用及生长发育的影响

         

摘要

研究了日光温室中短期 CO2加富对切花红掌‘天使’(Anthurium andraeanum ‘Anthaqxm’)生理生化指标、光合作用及生长发育的影响。结果表明,CO2加富处理下叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、淀粉含量及净光合速率升高,叶片可溶性蛋白含量及蒸腾速率和气孔导度降低,叶绿素 a/b 值无明显变化,且 CO2加富促进植株生长发育,使花期提前、开花率提高。处理30天时,处理 T1[(500±30)μmol/mol]、T2[(700±50)μmol/mol]、T3[(900±100)μmol/mol]叶绿素含量较对照分别增加12.78%、16.74%、25.99%,净光合速率较对照分别增加18.73%、40.25%、45.06%,茎高较对照分别增加5.54%、16.22%、23.36%,开花率分别比对照提高9.09%、30.30%、48.48%。%The effects of short -term CO2 enrichment on physiological and biochemical indexes,photo-synthesis and growth and development of Anthurium andraeanum ‘Anthaqxm’were studied in greenhouse. The results showed that CO2 enrichment treatment increased the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,starch and net photosynthetic rate,decreased the soluble protein content,transpiration rate and stomatal conduct-ance,and the value of chlorophyll a /b had no obvious change.CO2 enrichment could also promote the plant growth,development and early flowering,and improve the flowering rate.At the 30th day after treated,com-pared with control,the chlorophyll content of T1 [(500 ±30)μmol /mol],T2 [(700 ±50)μmol /mol],T3 [(900 ±100 μmol /mol)]increased by 12.78%,16.74% and 25.99%,the net photosynthetic rate in-creased by 18.73%,40.25% and 45.06%,the stem height increased by 5.54%,16.22% and 23.36%, and the flowering rate increased by 9.09%,30.30% and 48.48%,respectively.
