The hybrid sterility is a major barrier in heterosis utilization between rice subspecies indica and japonica.In this article,the main influencing factors of inter-subspecific hybrid sterility and two main genetic models were summarized firstly; then the recent progress about identification,mapping and cloning of relevant fertility genes were introduced in detail ; finally,two main representive ideas of overcoming the hybrid sterility between indica and japonica were reviewed,and our simple opinions were put forward.%水稻籼粳杂种不育性是亚种间杂种优势利用的主要障碍.本文首先就影响亚种间杂种F1不育的主要因素及两个主要基因遗传模式进行总结；然后详细综述了相关育性基因的鉴定、定位和克隆等方面研究成果；最后综述了有关克服籼粳亚种间杂种不育性的两个代表性观点,并提出自己简单的看法.
