Seeds of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis) variety Degao Chun with 6.5% of initial moisture content was primed with different concentrations of KC1 and KNO3.The changes of seed vigor and defense enzyme activity were studied.The results were as follows.When the concentrations of KC1 and KNO3 were 0.25% ~ 1.00%,seed germination and seedling emergence were promoted significantly ;germination energy,germination rate,vigor index,defense enzyme activity and soluble protein content were increased,while the average germination days were reduced; the MDA content was reduced very significantly under most priming treatments.When treated with 0.75% of KNO3 at 15℃ for 12 hours,the priming effect was the best,and the seed vigor index raised by 62.0%.%以初始水分为6.5%的德高春大白菜(Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis)种子为试材,用不同浓度的KCI和KNO3引发处理大白菜种子,研究了引发处理前后种子的活力指标和防御酶活性指标.结果表明,用0.25%~1.00%的KC1和KNO3对大白菜种子引发处理后,多数处理均可显著促进种子迅速发芽和出苗,提高种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数,缩短平均发芽日数,并且提高防御性酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,极显著地降低了丙二醛含量.其中以0.75% KNO3溶液于15℃处理12 h的引发效果最好,可使种子活力指数提高62.0%.
