紫外光活化过硫酸盐降解磺胺甲嘧啶

         

摘要

The conventional antibiotic compound of sulfamethazine and persulfate were chosen as the target pollutants and the oxidant to research the degradation rate of sulfamethazine in different UV-activated persulphate oxidation processes. The results showed that the degradation rate of sulfamethazine is proportional to the sulfate concentration in solution. while the increase of light intensity,the degradation rate of sulfamethazine also can enhance. Among the full pH range,the UV / PS reaction system shows the highest rate for degradation of pollutant in weak alkaline solution(pH=10). The higher the concentrations of NO-3and HCO-3are the lower degradation rate of sulfamethazine in UV -activated persulfate oxidation process.·SO-4dominates the reaction process in neutral and acidic conditions,and the main role is·OH to degradate the sulfamethazine under alkaline conditions.%以常用抗生素磺胺甲嘧啶为目标污染物,以过硫酸盐为氧化剂,研究在不同体系中过硫酸盐对磺胺甲嘧啶降解率的影响.实验结果表明:磺胺甲嘧啶的降解率与溶液中过硫酸盐浓度成正比;随着光照强度的增高,磺胺甲嘧啶的降解率也逐渐升高;当pH值=10时, UV/PS体系对磺胺甲嘧啶的降解率最高;HCO-3和NO-3的浓度越高,紫外光活化过硫酸盐降解磺胺甲嘧啶会受到明显抑制;在酸性条件和弱碱性条件下起主要作用的是·SO-4,碱性条件下起主要作用的是·OH.
