This paper established a method for determination of 11 kinds of organopho sphorus and carbamate pesticide residue in vegetable. Matrix solid phase dispersion(MPSD)was used for sample preparation,using Florisil adsorption agent,ethyl acetate as eluant.Analysis was performed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS),with selected ion monitoring(SIM).The lowest detection limit was 0.003~0.011 mg/kg,the average recover is 87.6% ~105% with RSD of 2% ~7.2%. Method is simple,accurate,and high sensitivity,which is suitable for detecting organophosphate and carb amate pesticide residues in vegetables.%本文建立了一种检测蔬菜中11种有机磷农药和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分析方法.样品采用基质固相分散(MPSD)前处理技术,弗罗里硅土做吸附剂,乙酸乙酯作淋洗剂,气相色谱—质谱法,选择监测离子(SIM)方式进行检测.最低检出限为0.003~0.011mg/kg,回收率87.6% ~105%,变异系数2.0% ~7.2%.方法前处理简单,定性准确,灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的常规检测.
