粉煤灰矿物聚合材料利用粉煤灰非晶态硅铝酸盐的特点,经过碱激发剂激发,使得粉煤灰、偏高岭土、砂子等混合物料中的硅铝结构发生解聚.正交试验表明,考查的4个因素、3个水平中,影响因素主次顺序为:固液比>NaOH浓度>Na2SiO3占液相比>粉煤灰掺量,最好的试验方案是A1B2C2D1,即:粉煤灰掺量50%,NaOH浓度8%(mol/L),固液比1.5,Na2SiO3占液相比50%,其抗压强度值为6. 17MPa.%Fly ash mineral polymerized material utilizes the characteristics of fly ash amorphous aluminosilicate,which is activated by alkali activator to depolymerize the Si-Al structure in the mixture of fly ash,metakaolin and sand.The results of orthogonal test showed that the order of influencing factors was:solid-liquid ratio>NaOH concentration>Na2SiO3content> fly ash content among the 4 factors and 3 levels.The best test scheme was A1B2C2D1,Its value is 6.17MPa.
