针对中低温催化剂在实验室的研究已获得一定的进展,但在工程应用方面还未完全普及.本文研究了Mn-Ce/TiO2中低温板式催化剂,考察了Mn-Ce含量百分比及焙烧温度、空速及O2含量对脱硝活性的影响.实验结果表明,所测样品中10%Mn-5%Ce/TiO2脱硝效率最高.空速越高,脱硝效率越低.O2浓度越高,脱硝效率越高.O2浓度达到一定数值时,脱硝效率保持不变,同时也能让催化剂活性达到最大值.%The laboratory investigation of mediun and low - temperature catalyst has made some progress. However,the engineering application for the catalyst has not yet fully popularized. In this paper,the mediun and low temperature plate catalyst of Mn-Ce/TiO2were studied.The influence of Mn-Ce content and calcination temperature,airspeed and O2content on de-nitration activity were investigated.The experimental results showed that 10%Mn-5%Ce/TiO2denitration was most efficient in the measured samples. The higher the airspeed,the lower the denitration efficiency. As the concentration of O2increases,the efficiency of denitration increases.when the concentration of O2reaches a certain value,the efficiency remains constant and the activity of the catalyst can be maximized.
