课程内容多,教学资源少,授课教师队伍能力尚待提升等是我校石油化工技术专业《石油加工助剂》课程目前的现状.通过课程调研、加强课程教学资源建设、"内培外聘"提升授课教师队伍等措施,《石油加工助剂》课程教学计划更加符合教学实际,授课教师队伍的整体素质不断增强.在以后的教学实践中,课程组将继续推进基于工作过程的"一体化"教学模式,进一步加强课程教学资源建设,重视学生创新能力的培养,以不断提高《石油加工助剂》课程的教学质量.%More course content,less teaching resources,teachers'ability is limited were the present situation of《Petroleum Processing Additives》curriculum of petrochemical technology in our school.Through the course study,strengthen the construction of teaching resources,promote teaching teacher team by cultivate and hire,teaching plan of《Petroleum Processing Additives》curriculum was more in line with the teaching practice,quality of the teachers was growing. In the later teaching practice, curriculum group will continue to push forward the curriculum development of《Petroleum Processing Additives》based on working process,to further strengthen the construction of teaching resources,attention to the cultivation of students'innovative ability,to improve the teaching quality of《Petroleum Processing Additives》curriculum.
