通过实验研究了以硫化钡黑灰为钡源制备碳酸钡工艺的过程特性,用热水浸取硫化钡黑灰制得硫化钡饱和溶液,除去杂质,CO2气体通入过滤后的滤液中,进行碳化反应;生成物过滤干燥后得到碳酸钡;考察了浸取时间、液固比、黑灰粒径、黑灰物料温度等因素对硫化钡浸出浓度及浸出量的影响.用激光粒度分析仪和扫描电镜(SEM)测试了所合成碳酸钡的晶形和性质,试验结果对产品生产工艺的设计与改进具有指导意义.%This article studied the process characteristics of barium carbonate prepared from barium sulfide black ash.Barium sulfide black ash was soaked with hot water to obtain barium sulfide liquid saturation.After getting rid of the impurity, carbon dioxide gas was added to the filtration to take the carbonization reaction and barium carbonate was obtained after filtration and cesiccation.The effects of several factors, including extraction time, liquid-solid ratio, particle, and material temperature etc.on the leaching contration and amount of barium sulfide were investigated.The particles were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and SEM.The results show guiding significance on the design and production process improvement.
