稀土异戊橡胶催化体系的实验研究

         

摘要

Experimental study was carried on two different catalytic systems, heterogeneous phase and homogeneous phase which are commonly used in production of rare earth isoprene rubber.By comparing the data of polymerization conversion, relative molecular mass and distribution, the tendency of the cis content, the homogeneous phase performed more excellent and stable, with higher success on preparation.So the homogeneous phase is more suitable for catalyst development in the future.By testing the performance of rare earth isoprene rubbers that produced by the two catalysts, both can reach the level of similar foreign products.%对稀土异戊橡胶生产中常用的非均相和均相两种催化体系进行了研究.通过对比聚合转化率、相对分子质量及分布、顺式含量的变化趋势等数据,可以看出均相催化剂的性能更优异一些,而且均相催化剂的稳定性更强,配置成功率高,适合未来催化剂的发展方向.另外,对两种相态催化剂生产的稀土异戊橡胶性能进行检测,均能达到国外同类产品的水平.
