In this paper the Co3O4 was prepared by liquid phase with the concentration of 2 moL/L cobalt saltsolution,and 10 moL/L sodium hydroxide solution,and the air.The effects of EDTA amount, reaction temperature, pH and stirring speed were analyzed, and the products were characterized by XRD, SEM, Marlven particle size analyzer, ICP,etc.The experiments indicated that, with Co/EDTA=0.005, reaction temperature of 80℃, pH value of 9.3, stirring speed of 600 r/min, the purity spherical Co3O4 of 12.0μm could be prepared.%以2mol/L氯化钴溶液、10mol//L氢氧化钠溶液和空气从液相中制备出了四氧化三钴,分析了EDTA用量、反应温度、pH值、搅拌转速等的影响,并用XRD、SEM、Marlven粒度仪、ICP等仪器对产品进行了表征.实验表明Co/EDTA=0.005、反应温度80℃、pH值为9.3、搅拌转速600r/min条件下,制备出12.0μm的球形四氧化三钴,产品纯度高.
