四溢流塔板的优化设计

         

摘要

Four-pass trays are mostly needed in process industry.The key factor of tray design is downcomer configuration for making sure vapor/liquid ratio equal in every pass of four-pass trays.The article sums up equal flowpath length design and the equal bubbling area design, and compares with them.The comparison result show that two methods can make sure vapor/liquid ratio equal in every pass of four-pass trays, but the equal flowpath length can acquire better operation performance.%四溢流塔板在工业上有很大需求.为了保证四溢流塔板各通道气液比相等,塔板设计的关键是降液管的布置.本文对等通道长度法和等鼓泡面积法进行了总结比较.比较结果表明两种设计方法都可以保证各通道气液比相等,但是等通道长度法设计结果可获得更好的塔板操作性能.
