We used a strict in vitro dual cultivation method associating the transferred Ri T -DNA carrot with G.e in a single host culture system ,the impact of two herbicides prometryn and acetochlor on spore germination and hyphae length of G.e are studied in three different concentrations , in addition, the biomass of carrot and spore production were also examined.The results showed that the acetochlor and the low concentrations of prometryn had no significant effect on spore germination of G.e,but high concentration of prometryn had significantly decreased the spore germination of G .e,however, the two herbicides obviously declined the hyphae development .Moreover , the three concentrations of prometryn and acetochlor substantially reduced the biomass of carrot and spore production .%采用离体双重培养方法,在G.e转移Ri T-DNA胡萝卜毛状根的单寄主培养体系中,研究了两种除草剂扑草净和乙草胺在三种不同的浓度下对G.e的孢子萌发率、菌丝长度及胡萝卜毛状根生物量、后代孢子产量的影响。结果表明,三种浓度的乙草胺和低浓度的扑草净对G.e孢子萌发率无显著影响,但高浓度的扑草净显著降低了孢子的萌发率,两种除草剂均显著抑制了菌丝生长。三种浓度的扑草净和乙草胺均显著降低了胡萝卜毛状根的生物量和后代孢子产量。
