采用浸渍法制备了汽油吸附脱硫催化剂。并用XRD、BET、SEM、XRF 等对再生催化剂进行表征,在固定床反应器中评价再生条件对再生性能的影响。结果表明:再生条件对其脱硫性能恢复有很大的影响,在优化条件下:氧气/氮气为再生气氛,温度550℃,氧气体积分数为4%,吸附剂经过多次再生后,脱硫性能恢复较好。以催化裂化汽油为原料,生产硫含量小于10×10-6的产品汽油时,吸附剂的穿透硫容达到13.7%,具有较好的工业应用前景。%Reaction adsorption desulfurization catalyst was prepared and its regeneration performance was investigated in fixed-bed micro-reactor .The catalysts were characterized by XRD BET SEM and XRF .The results showed that sorbents can be regenerated by O 2/N2 ( the volumes of O 2 is 4 %) at an optimal temperature of 550 ℃.The desulfurization performance of sorbent regenerated for 10 times was found to be the same as that of a fresh sorbent because of the little change in special surface area and pore volume .The sulfur capacity of regenerative adsorbent reached 13.7 % when produced the gas of 10 ×10 -6 sulfide content .Its industrial application prospect seems to be bright .
