“一带一路”的实施使得新疆对化工类人才的需求增大，有机化学作为重要的基础课之一，现有的教学模式已不能满足新疆人才发展的需求，因此有机化学教学改革十分必要。近年来以学生为主体的教学方式打破了现有的教学模式而备受关注。本文基于该类教学方式的优势，对新疆高校有机化学教学进行了探索，为提高有机化学的教学质量而努力。%The requirements for the cultivation of chemical engineering talents call for increasingly high with the implementation of One Belt And One Road national policy. Organic chemistry is one of the important basic courses and teaching reform is indispensable,beause the existing teaching mode canˊt meet the needs of the development of Xinjiang talents. Recently years, instand of the intrinsic mode,a student - centered teaching mode has attracted much attention. Based on the advantages of this mode,exploration of the teaching mode was reformed,striving to improve the teaching quality of orgianic chemistry.
