凹凸棒土/氢氧化镁/天然橡胶复合材料的性能研究

         

摘要

In this paper,natural rubber compostes were prepared filled with attapulgite(AT),modified attapulgite(MAT), modified magnesium hydroxide(MMH)and modified attapulgite/ magnesium hydroxide composite powder( MAM). The mechanical and flame retardant properties of composites were investigated. The results showed that four kinds of fillers improved the mechanical and flame retardant properties. The tensile strength of composites were increased at the early time then decreased,burning velocity decreased,and spread time increased with the fillers loading. The performance of natural rubber composite was optimum when filled with 10phr compound powder modified by couping. The ratio of attapulgite and magnesium hydroxide was 1:1.%本文将凹凸棒土(AT),改性凹凸棒土(MAT),改性氢氧化镁(MMH)和改性凹凸棒土/氢氧化镁复合粉体(MAM)分别加到天然橡胶中,考察了复合材料的机械性能和阻燃性能。研究结果表明:四种粉体均可以增强天然橡胶的力学性能和阻燃性能。随着粉体添加量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度先上升后下降,燃烧速度减小,蔓延时间增加。偶联剂改性的凹凸棒土与氢氧化镁复合粉体,比例为1:1,添加量为10份时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。
