With wide application, huge demand and low cost, petroleum sulfonate is a common surfactant in oil extraction . This paper mainly explores the gas -phase sulfonated mechanism of petroleum sulfonate by the cracking product of the Qingyang refinery as raw materials and the optimal reaction conditions , determine the relative molecular mass of petroleum sulfonate by the method of diphasic titration .The experimental results show that the diluent to the cracking product quality ratio is 4:3, quality ratio of raw oil to sulfur trioxide is 1:1, the mean concentration of sulfur trioxide gas is 4.0kg・ m the optimum reaction temperature is 50 -60℃, the reaction time is 4h and the flow rate of the mixed gas is 0.12m・h-1.%石油磺酸盐是一种采油常用的表面活性剂,应用广,需求大,成本低。本文主要探究了以庆化炼油厂原油裂解后的产物为原料,用气相法制备石油磺酸盐的反应原理及最优反应条件,采用两相滴定化测定了石油磺酸盐的相对分子质量。实验结果表明:制备石油磺酸盐优化后的条件为稀释剂与原料油质量之比为4:3,原料油与 SO3的质量之比为1:1.1,SO3气体平均浓度为4.0kg・ m -3,反应最佳温度为50~60℃,反应时间长为4h,混合气体流量为0.12m3・ h -1。
