高校实验室安全管理不仅关系到师生的人身安全问题，还关系到学校实验教学和科研能否顺利进行。针对我校环境科学与工程实验室安全管理的现状及存在问题，提出＂预防第一＂的理念，以提高我校乃至我国相关实验室建设与管理水平。%Safety management in university laboratory is not only related to the personal safety of teachers and students , but also the experimental teaching and scientific research can be carried out smoothly in school .In view of the present situation and the existing problems of the safety management of environmental science and Engineering Laboratory in our school , the philosophy of "Prevention First"was put forward to strengthen the related laboratory construction and management level in our school and our country.
