目的：观察外阴鳞状上皮增生皮损组织中角蛋白17（K17）、干扰素γ（IFN－γ）、增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的表达变化，并探讨其意义。方法外阴鳞状上皮增生患者27例，取其皮损组织作为A组，取病灶周围正常皮肤组织作为B组。采用免疫组化SP法检测两组PCNA、K17和IFN－γ的表达，并分析其相关性。结果 A组增殖指数26．24％±6．60％，B组10．47％±4．77％，P＜0．01。 A组K17、IFN－γ的光密度值均高于B组（ P均＜0．01）。B组K17与IFN－γ的表达无相关性（r＝0．122，P＞0．05），A组K17与IFN－γ表达呈正相关（r＝0．607，P＜0．01）。结论外阴鳞状上皮增生可能与皮损组织中PCNA、K17、IFN－γ表达增加有关。%Objective To observe the expression levels of the keratin 17 (K17), interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and prolifera-ting cell nuclear antigen ( PCNA) in skin lesions of patients with squamous hyperplasia of vulva , and to explore their signif-icance .Methods Twenty-seven patients with squamous hyperplasia of vulva , the lesions were taken as group A and the normal epidermis surrounding the lesions as the group B .The expression levels of PCNA , K17 and IFN-γwere detected by the immunohistochemical SP method , and the correlations with the squamous hyperplasia of vulva were analyzed . Results The proliferation indexes of group A and group B were 26.24%±6.60% and 10.47%±4.77%, respectively (P<0.01).The average optical density of K17 and IFN-γin the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B (all P<0.01).In the group B, the expression of K17 was not related with the IFN-γexpression (r=0.122,P>0.05).In the group A, the expression of K17 was positively correlated with the IFN-γexpression (r=0.607,P<0.01). Conclusion The increased expression levels of K 17, IFN-γand PNCA in the skin lesions of patients with squamous hy-perplasia of vulva has significantly relevance to its pathogenesis .
