Objective To investigate the correlation between cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) gene rs3764261 and lipid levels in Han Chinese population. Methods The rs376426 polymorphism in 12 360 Han Chinese population was genotyped by MALDI-TOF MS. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium ( HWE) test was used to determine the balance of genotypes distribution. The differences of genotypes distribution on different lipid indicators were analyzed by one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) methods. Results In male group, compared with the GG, GT and TT genotype showed higher HDL-C level in middle age group, TT genotype showed higher HDL-C level in elders age group. In female group, compared with the GG, TT genotype showed lower LDL-C level in Youth group, GT genotype showed higher HDLr C level (all P <0.05). Conclusion CETP gene rs3764261 have larger effects on lipid level in elderly male group and female youth group.%目的 探讨固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)基因的rs3764261多态性与血脂水平的相关性.方法 采用MAL-DI-TOF-MS技术对2 360例汉族人行rs3764261多态性的检测,Hardy-Weinberg平衡进行群体遗传平衡检验,单因素方差分析比较不同基因型者血脂指标的差异.结果 男性群体中,相对于GG基因型,中年GT和TT基因型者HDL-C水平较高,老年TT基因型者HDL-C水平较高.在女性群体中,相对于GG基因型,青年TT基因型及GT基因型者LDL-C水平较低,GT基因型者HDL-C水平升高(P均＜0.05).结论 CETP基因rs3764261位点对男性中老年和女性青年人的血脂水平影响较大.
