莱钢宽厚板正火控冷工艺的开发与应用

         

摘要

Through the development of normalizing+controlled cooling process, additional cooling device is installed at the exit side of the heat treatment furnace at the heavy plate production line. The problem that the normalized plate strengths are lower than the standard limit or closed to the standard lower limit was resolved, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel plate were further improved. The yield strength and tensile strength were increased by 20-50 MPa all and the elongation and impact toughness were still adequate spare capacity.%莱钢宽厚板事业部通过开发正火控冷工艺,采用淬火机低压段冷却模式和正火炉后增加高密度层流装置两种方式,解决了正火后钢板强度低于标准下限或偏标准下限的问题,进一步提高了钢板的综合力学性能,屈服强度和抗拉强度均提高了20~50 MPa,断后伸长率和冲击韧性仍有足够的富余量。
