目的:探讨以定向运动为主要运动形式的运动处方对中学生体质的提升效果,并建立运动干预方案。方法:120名体质测试评分在79.9分及以下的中学男学生作为受试者,随机平均分为实验组与对照组;制定以定向运动为主要运动形式的运动处方,实验组进行10周的运动干预,实验前后测量 BMI、身体成分、体脂百分比、心功指数、反复横跨及相关体质指标进行对比。结果:实验组体脂百分比、心功指数,显著改善(P <0.05);1000米跑,反复横跨提高非常显著(P <0.01);对照组各指标实验前后均无显著变化。结论:以定向运动为主要运动形式的运动处方对中学生体质有良好的改善作用。%Objective:To study the effects of directional movement as the main form of sport prescription on promoting middle school students'physical fitness,and established an exercise intervention plan.Methods:120 high school male students whose constitution test score under 79.9 were chosen as the subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group;It formulated in the form of directional movement as the main exercise prescription.The experimental group took the 10 -week exercise intervention with the measurement of their BMI, body composition,percentage of body fat,cardiac work index,repeatedly across and other relevant physical indicators before and after the experiment for comparison.Results:percentage of body fat,and cardiac work index improved significantly(P <0.05);1000 -meter run,and repeatedly across increased significantly(P <0.01 );each index in the control group had no significant change before and after the experiment.Conclusion:The directional movement as the main exercise forms of exercise prescription has a good effect on middle school students'physical fitness.
