The "instant replay system"as a product of the development of modern science and technology and sports,has been widely applied to many sports events.This paper by using the methods of literature review and logic reasoning has analyzed the introduction of"instant replay system"to basketball competitions.Results show that the introduction purpose is to assist the referee to settle dispute,safeguard competition justice,monitor and enhance referee's work performance,and increase the ornamental value;in comparison with that in CBA,the instant replay system in NBA is more perfect and widely used so that referee has absolute authority and instant replay centers make the competition more fair,fluid and ornamental;some problems still exist in CBA,such as backward instant replay equipment and technology,the rule that coaches challenge "instant replay system"not adapted to the development,the loss of referees'credibility and authority.The FIBA rules of"instant replay system"will modify to the NBA, expand the application range and improve the level of science and technology,fully safeguard the authority,and extend it to amateur basketball games in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of world basketball.%“即时回放系统”是现代科技与体育融合发展的产物，现已广泛应用到众多体育赛事中，运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法对篮球竞赛引入“即时回放系统”规则进行研究。结果表明：引入目的是辅助裁判工作解决争议，保障篮球竞赛公平正义，并能监督裁判工作和提升业务水平，增加观赏性；NBA 较 CBA即时回放规则更完善、使用范围更广，且裁判拥有绝对权威，即时回放中心建立使比赛更公平、更流畅、更具观赏性；CBA存在即时回放设备和技术条件落后，教练员挑战“即时回放系统”的规则不适应发展，裁判公信力和权威性流失等问题。国际篮联“即时回放系统”规则修改将向 NBA 靠拢，有限扩大应用范围和改进科技水平，充分维护裁判权威，并延伸到业余篮球比赛中使用，促使全世界篮球运动健康有序发展。
