采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，解读国外青少年体育活动的案例。发现国外青少年儿童体育活动关注的更多的是综合效益和青少年儿童的全面发展层面，诸如：身体活动的体验、学校体育课程质量的提高、通过趣味性的体育活动和团队技能的学习增加成员之间的交流来预防犯罪率和提高就业能力等等。并且联合社区、医疗、警务部门来保证体育活动的有效实施。在借鉴国外青少年体育活动的举措的基础上，对我国青少年儿童体育活动的发展提出了建议：通过设置具有趣味性的关注不同年龄阶段的体育活动从而创造早期积极的活动体验；社区应成为青少年儿童校外体育活动的重要平台、利用数字平台、利用榜样的力量等等让体育活动成为日常生活的一部分。%Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,an interpretation was made on the cases of foreign youth sports activities. It is found that the activities focus on the comprehensive benefits and comprehensive development in sports activities,such as getting physical activity experience,improving the quality of school physical education curriculum, increasing communication by interesting sports activities and team skill learning to achieve crime prevention and improve employment ability. The activities are implemented in collaboration with community, medical and police department to ensure the effective implementation.Basis on the foreign youth physical activity measures,suggestions are put forward to for our country:by setting interesting sports activities for different ages to create early positive experience;the community should become an important platform for young children's extracurricular sports activities;digital platforms and good examples are adopted to make the sports activities part of everyday life.
