通过对日本和韩国足球后备人才培养模式的研究表明，日韩在足球后备人才培养方面具有十分明确的理念和目标，建立有相当完整的人才培养体系，具有比较科学的足球后备人才选拨模式，具有实力雄厚的足球后备人才教练员队伍。启示与建议：树立科学合理的足球后备人才培养理念，完善多元的足球后备人才培养体系，建立科学合理的足球后备人才选拔机制，加强足球后备人才教练员队伍建设。%The study of Japanese and Korean soccer back -up talents training mode has shown that they have clear training concepts and training goals and have established a complete set of talent training system with scientific talent selection modes and a powerful and competitive coaching team.It is suggested that we set up scientific and reasonable soccer talent training concept,improve diversified training system,establish scientific talent selection mechanism and strengthen the coaching construction.
