In order to provide new research material for the study of leisure sports,this study adopted the methods of literature and historical review,field survey and logic analysis to study the tribal leisure sports activities during Chinese ancient FuXi era.Results showed that FuXi taught his tribal crowds to fish and feed livestock and his people had fundamental guarantee for living.The Chinese civilization began with his activities,such as making names,marriage and as the development of their living conditions,they began to pursue the spiritual enjoyment. From now on the germination of leisure activities began to produce and leisure sports began to appear.%为了解我国原始伏羲时代部族人群休闲体育活动雏形，采用文献资料、历史学方法、田野调查、逻辑分析等研究方法，结果显示他在这里教民结网罟、养牺牲、兴庖厨，部落生存有了根本保障。他定姓氏，制嫁娶，画八卦，造干戈，肇始了中华文明，因此，随着部落群体生产力、文明程度及人们的物质生活水平的提高，原始的人们便开始追求精神生活的享受，至此休闲活动的萌芽开始产生，休闲体育的雏形开始呈现。
