With the methods of literature review,questionnaire and statistical analysis,a systematic study was made on the background,significance,function and classification of“fly alone”mode. By exploring its relationship with state -run sports system,the author has concluded that“fly alone”mode has developed from state-run sports system and it is a new way for competitive sports to adapt to the trend of globalization,transform to professional sports and realize sustainable development.%运用文献资料、问卷调查、数据分析等研究方法对“单飞模式”的产生背景、意义、作用、分类进行系统梳理，对其与“举国体制”的关系进行深入探究，得出：“单飞模式”是对“举国体制”的拓展与完善，是竞技体育适应全球化趋势，由专业体育向职业体育转化的一种可持续发展新途径的结论。
