To enhance and ensure the table tennis reserve talents cultivation of professional clubs is the basis of their constant emergence. According to the methods of expert interviews, field surveys and questionnaires, this paper studied the cultivation aims, training and competition and combination of learning and training of table tennis reserve talents in professional club, concerning with the aims, principles and requirements of cultivation, proposed the strategy in order to ensure the sustainable development of reserve talents and make the table tennis prosperous.%提高和保证职业俱乐部后备人才的培养是我国乒乓球项目优秀人才不断涌现的基础。采用专家访谈、实地调研、问卷调查等方法从当前我国乒乓球职业俱乐部后备人才的培养目标、训练参赛、学训结合等方面入手，结合后备人才培养的要求和原则，提出乒乓球职业俱乐部后备人才培养的发展对策，从而更好地保证乒乓球后备人才的可持续发展和乒乓项目的长盛不衰。
