Chinese football is the breakthrough point of China's sports reform and the leader of China's sports reform. It is closely related to the construction of sports power, the realization of modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. By using the methods of literature review, comparative analysis, logical analysis and interview, this paper sorted out the historical evolution of Chinese football since the reform and opening up and pondered on the future development of Chinese football. According to the research, the reform of Chinese football starts from breaking the restriction factors of the system and mechanism, and establishing a comprehensive and integrated football development pattern of professional football, popular football and campus football. The reform of Chinese football should be based on the reality of China and follow the development law of football. In the future, Chinese football should form its own competitive football style and unique football culture to realize the goal of educating people.%中国足球是中国体育改革的突破口, 是我国体育改革的排头兵, 与建设体育强国, 实现现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴息息相关.运用文献、对比分析、逻辑分析、访谈等方法, 对改革开放以来中国足球的历史演进进行梳理、对中国足球的未来发展进行思考.研究认为, 中国足球的改革首先从破除体制机制制约因素开始, 建立起职业足球、大众足球、校园足球全方位、一体化的足球发展格局;中国足球的改革要立足于我国现实国情和遵循足球运动的发展规律;中国足球在未来应该形成自己的竞技足球风格和独特的足球文化, 实现足球育人的目标.
