骨骼肌运动性表型适应的表观遗传学机理研究

         

摘要

Exercise can improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid, enhance the sensitivity of body tissues to insulin and improve the function of heart, lungs, blood vessels and nerves. In recent years, with the further study of epigenetics, it is found that the health effect of exercise is the epigenetic modification which is beneficial to organism's metabolic adaptation due to benign stimulation of body response. In this paper, the mechanism of epigenetic modification, the epigenetic effect of motion mediated and the improvement of metabolic diseases are summarized, which provides theoretical basis for advocating nationwide fitness and aerobic exercise as the prevention of metabolic diseases.%运动引起的机体细胞代谢相关基因表达的增强可以有效改善组织细胞的糖、脂代谢状态, 提高机体细胞对胰岛素的敏感性, 从而改善机体心肺、血管和神经等系统的功能.近年随着表观遗传学研究的深入, 发现运动产生的健康效应是机体应答良性刺激所产生的促进机体代谢适应的表观遗传学修饰作用.对表观遗传学修饰的机制、运动介导的表观遗传学效应及改善代谢性疾病机理进行概述, 为倡导全民健身和以有氧运动作为防治代谢性疾病提供理论依据.
