Beginning in 2014, the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education together implemented the "one school, one ball and one cheerleading" model in 20, 000 schools throughout the country, that is, each school football team will be equipped with a cheerleading team. Cheerleading has been carried out in various cities of Shandong province, but there is still a certain gap in terms of popularity and the overall level. This research uses the methods of documentation, field investigation and logical analysis to study the promotion mode and effect of cheerleading in primary and secondary schools in Shandong, and finds out the existing problems, and puts forward solutions, so as to promote the promotion and popularization of cheerleading in primary and secondary schools.%2014年开始, 教育部联合国家体育总局在全国2万所学校推行"一校一球一操"模式, 即每支校园足球队都配一支啦啦操队.啦啦操运动在山东省各地市陆续开展, 但就普及程度和整体水平来看, 还存在一定差距.对山东省中小学校园啦啦操的推广模式、推广效果展开研究, 并找出存在问题, 提出解决对策, 以期推动山东省中小学校园啦啦操运动的推广与普及.
