Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture plus blood-letting therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods Fifty-seven patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group (31 cases) and a control group (26 cases).The patients were treated by electro-acupuncture and blood-letting in the treatment group; the control group only received electro-acupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 treatment sessions.Result The recovery rate was 58.1％ and total effective rate was 96.8％ in the treatment group, versus 19.2％ and 73.1％ in the control group,both having a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined electro-acupuncture and blood-letting therapy is effective in treatment of lumbar disc hemiation.%目的 观察电针配合刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效.方法 将57例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组26例,治疗组采用电针配合刺络放血治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,治疗3个疗程后对比疗效.结果 治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别是58.1%和96.8%,对照组分别为19.2%和73.1%.两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 电针配合刺络放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种有效的方法.
