ABSTRACTRealgar and its compound preparations have been widely used in clinic, but at the same time, they possess cell toxicity because realgar contains arsenic, which results in that the security of its compounds is usually concerned. This article reviews the research progress in safety evaluation of realgar compounds and prescription compatibility for its attenuation, and the mechanism of its attenuation is analyzed so as to provide a reference for clinical use of realgar compound preparations and some new ideas for the research on prescription compatibility for its attenuation.%雄黄及含其复方制剂在临床上使用较广，但因它们含砷、具有细胞原浆毒性，故安全性也倍受关注。本文介绍含雄黄复方制剂的安全性评价和组方配伍减毒作用及其机制的研究进展，以期为临床合理使用含雄黄复方制剂提供参考，并为其组方配伍减毒作用研究提供新思路。
