Objective:To discuss the effect of using safety evaluation form of intravenous transfusion at home on the patients to make sure their safety of intravenous transfusion. Methods:The safety evaluation form of intravenous transfusion at home was self-designed, in which the full assessments of the patient’s condition, living environment and ability of caregivers, identiifcation of the potential problems and taking the speciifc guiding measures were included. Results:After evaluating the information about 327 samples from 125 patients, the results showed that the ability of the caregivers was improved. The rate of community nurses’ revisiting was decreased from 6.21%to 1.83%. The satisfaction of the patients and their caregivers for the community nursing service were increased from 91.27%to 98.40%, whose differences had the statistical signiifcance (P=0.05). Conclusion:As the safety management tool of transfusion nursing, the safety of intravenous transfusion for the patients at home can be effectively increased.%目的：探讨使用居家静脉输液安全评估表对患者输液安全的影响，以确保居家患者的输液安全。方法：自行设计居家静脉输液安全评估表，内容主要围绕居家输液患者的病情、居家环境和照顾者的照护能力，确定存在的问题，并采取针对性的指导措施。结果：通过全面评估125例共327例次居家静脉输液，显示照顾者的照护能力得到提升，社区护士重复上门率由6.21%降至1.83%，患者及照顾者对社区护理服务的满意度由91.27%提升至98.40%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过使用居家静脉输液安全评估表的方式，能有效提高居家患者输液安全性。
