高炉风口回旋区形状和大小的三维数值模拟

         

摘要

采用连续方法研究了回旋区的形成过程及风速对其形状和大小的影响.使用欧拉模型计算气固两相的质量和动量守恒方程,使用Realizable k-e(e为湍流耗散率)模型计算湍流流动,使用标准壁面函数处理近壁区域,模拟了回旋区的形成与稳定的过程,比较了不同的风速条件下空腔的形状大小的变化.结果表明:随着风速的增加,所形成的空腔显著增大.%Continuum approach was used to research the formation of raceway and the influence of gas velocity on the shape and size of blast furnace raceway (cavity).Two-phase Eulerian-Eulerian model was developed to solve the mass and momentum conservation equations of interpenetrating continua of gas and particle phases.Turbulence flow was calculated by Realizable ke model.The process of formation and stability of the cavity was simulated.The comparison of the influence of different gas velocities on the shape and size of the cavity was performed.The result showed that as the gas velocity increased,the size of the cavity increased significantly.
